More than 1,000 professionals from some 25 countries have been trained by the Desalination Academy since 2003: operators, engineers, managers and public-sector specialists. Seminars, in-house trainings and, coming soon, structured learning paths towards certified qualifications.

Train the Trainer
We qualify multipliers so our clients build and keep their own in-house training capacity.
Training is delivered in English; other languages by arrangement. The Academy also engages with academic competitions such as the TUM DeSal Challenge - part of how the institute stays close to the next generation of desalination engineers.
